Cancelling 24 to 48 hours before your lesson costs £50. Cancelling under 24 hours before, or not turning up, costs the full lesson price.
Online lessons need three no-makeup daylight photos — front, left and right — sent at least 24 hours before, so Natalie can match your shade.
